Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Phase V Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment

The DWH Trustees are proposing implementation of the first phase of the Florida Coastal Access Project (Project) as Phase V of Early Restoration. The Project first phase involves the acquisition and/or enhancement of four coastal project locations in the Florida Panhandle, and the primary goal is to enhance the public’s access.
