Summary

The FL TIG addresses, in part, injury to natural resources in the Florida Restoration Area as a result of the DWH oil spill. The plan includes a description and evaluation of 32 restoration projects, which are consistent with the following four Restoration Types: Habitat Projects on Federally Managed Lands, Nutrient Reduction, Water Quality, and Provide and Enhance Recreational Opportunities. Of these, 23 have been selected for funding and implementation at this time, totaling an estimated $61,282,740.
