Experts recap March and provide outlooks through July

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for March, as well as the latest U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought through July. In addition, an expert will also provide an overview of the impacts of recent storms and flooding in the Plains.
