On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's April U.S. and global climate analyses, as well as the latest U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought through August. In addition, an expert will discuss impacts related to the record cold and snowy April in the Midwest.
