Experts recap October, provide U.S. outlooks through February, and discuss record warmth and storms in Northeast

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's October U.S., as well as the latest seasonal outlooks for temperature and precipitation through February. In addition, an expert will discuss the Northeast's record warm October and impacts from a late-October storm to the region.
