Experts recap August, provide outlooks through December for the U.S., and discuss historic flooding from Hurricane Harvey

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's August U.S. and global climate analyses, as well as the latest seasonal outlooks for temperature and precipitation through December. In addition, an expert will discuss the historic flooding and impacts from Hurricane Harvey.
