Experts recap November and provide outlooks through March

On Thursday, climate and weather experts will discuss key findings from NOAA's U.S. and global climate analyses for November 2023, the latest El Nino update, and the U.S. seasonal outlooks for temperature, precipitation and drought for the next three months. An expert from NOAA's Climate Prediction Center will also provide a review of the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season that ended on November 30.
