Smaller grants given to encourage federal, state, local collaboration
The CSAC advises the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere on how to improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and use of NOAA's data, information, science, tools, and decision support that prepare our nation for droughts, floods, wildfires, heatwaves, and other impacts. The CSAC advises the Under Secretary on other relevant matters upon request.
