The Pacific Islands Section is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. GCPI provides legal advice and assistance on issues related to the administration of NOAA programs in the Hawaiian Islands and other US Pacific Island possessions. GCPI is managed by Frederick Tucher, the Section Chief, and Elena Onaga, the Deputy Section Chief.
